Power - Empower yourself with challenging and faster-paced flows, intentional sequencing, and foreshadowing of a peak pose throughout the session. You'll get sweaty, build strength and endurance, and leave feeling uplifted, and confident.
Vinyasa and Slow Flow - Enjoy longer-held postures to build strength and tune in to your body. Cultivate present moment awareness during the breath-to-movement portion and leave feeling relaxed, open, and calm.
Restore - Discover total relaxation through a blend of gentle movement, yin postures held for several minutes, and fully supported restorative postures using props. This practice can reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and encourages total physical and mental release.
Hot Stone Restorative - Indulge in a bit of luxury. Fully recline in various supported postures while heated stones are placed intentionally along your front and back body. Enjoy essential oil hands-on assists and abundant use of props (bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, blocks). Give yourself the gift of release and surrender to complete muscular relaxation.
